Matthew John O'Brien

Son of the late Richard J. and Mary Rose (nee Cooley) O'Brien.  Brother of Patricia (Keith) Gallagher, Maureen (Dr. Philip) Sullivan and Barbara (Richard Miller) O'Brien-Miller.  Also survived by a special cousin Robert Gray and nieces and nephews.  Matthew graduated from St. John the Evangelist Catholic School, Bishop Kearney High School - Class of 1968 and Marist College - Class of 1972.  He was a Computer Analyst in Social Work and Patient & Family Services Department at Strong Memorial Hospital where he worked for more than 30 years.  He previously worked at Eastman Kodak.  He also was a Volunteer at Camp Good Days for 25 years.  A Memorial Service is being planned by the family, which will be followed by Interment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery on Lake Avenue in Rochester.
