Loving son of the late Norbert Thomas Bialo Sr. and Elsie Bialo.

Brother of the late Leslie Duttweiler (Norman) and Walter E. Bialo (Sharon).

Also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In his early years, Norbert enjoyed playing cards and softball and made many lasting memories with family and friends.
