Husband of Leslie (nee Santora) Cabarga.

Father of Justin Cabarga and Kristin (Christopher) Crowe.

Brother of Joseph (Barbara), Mary "Sis" (late Thomas) Matis, Paula (John) Downs, Michael and Samuel (Margaret) Cabarga.

Son of the late Joseph and Katherine (nee Marchinko) Cabarga.

Close friend of Warren "Butch" Annaccone.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements by NORMAN E. GANNON & SONS, Inc. FUNERAL HOME, 1075 Ridge Rd.; Lackawanna (824-4000).

Cremation has taken place.  Memorial Services are tentatively scheduled for Spring, 2020.
