Son of Colleen A. Phillips.  Brother of Angelina Phillips and Victoria Grunthaner.  Grandson of Mary Ann Morsheimer and John A. Phillips.  Nephew of Joseph, Kathy and Sean.  Uncle of Ayden, Julia, Jamie and Allie.  Best friend of Nick and John.  Visitation Sunday from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. at NORMAN E. GANNON & SONS, Inc. FUNERAL HOME, 1075 Ridge Rd.; Lackawanna.  Friends are invited to join the family for The Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Victory Basilica, Monday at 10:30 a.m.  Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.  Ryan recently left "Gene McCarthy's" to become the Kitchen Manager of Jordan's Ale House and was a former member of the Erie County Sheriff's Irish Pipes and Drums.
