Rev. Robert J. McArtney, of Lackawanna at the age of 83 on July 23, 2017.

Son of the late James H. and Madeline (nee Schatzline) McArtney.
Brother of the late June Marie and James Henry (late Alice) McArtney.
Uncle of Kenneth (Carol) and Barbara McArtney.
Also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation Thursday, 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at NORMAN E. GANNON & SONS, Inc. FUNERAL HOME, 1075 Ridge Rd.; Lackawanna (824-4000).  Friends are invited to join the family for the Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Victory National Shrine & Basilica, Friday at 10:30 a.m., The Most Reverend Richard J. Malone, Th.D., Bishop of Buffalo, Principal Celebrant.

Rev. McArtney was the Hospital Chaplain at the former Our Lady of Victory Hospital and Mercy Hospital of Buffalo and was an Amateur Radio Operator "K2COV".
